Changes in Chemistry and pharmacy career!

Hello, I hope you're well, The truth is that I had never thought about this topic, what changes would it make to the chemistry and pharmacy career?... 

I always thought that from the beginning we would see things related to drugs, but the truth is that being the introductory branches until the semester I'm in, there is very little talk of these, only some chemical formulas or certain substances that have effects on the body are mentioned, but in a very isolated way, it should start from the beginning naming the different drugs so we get used as students to the working life we will have. 

The truth is that I would love to have even more experimental courses, because in the end, mane of us will dedicate ourselves to that, maybe we could reduce the load of the complementary branches and increase the number of laboratory courses, so that we have more practice in that area.

Regarding the workload in chemistry and pharmacy, I feel that it's optimal, although sometimes when much more is demanded than other universities, but I belive that this will make us better preofessionals!.

I feel that the teaching methods are optimal, although whit the pandemic, the "magic" of certain branches was lost, for example laboratory techniques, where there were hours where it was "imagined" to be done in laboratories, but I hope that this will improve for the next generations.

So far I have no more comments on what to change in the career or in the university, I feel it's necesary and optimal.

travel to the future!

 Hi, today I need to talk about time travel.

The truth is that i'm more a fan of talking about travel to the past, but about the future I can say that it's also very interesting.

I would like to go the year 2043 or so and see myself, find out what I'm doing, if I have a family of my own, if my family is still alive, if technology has increased, see what house I have, if the earth is still polluted, etc. I would like to go to that year where I'm living at that time, because then I could see if I will really achieve the things I planned in my youth. It would be pretty crazy to be able to change history if I haven't accomplished anything I've wanted to.

I would like to go on that date, when I'm about 40 years old, wich is an age where you're older, mature and have most things figured out.

I don't know if I would like to stay there, since, as I said before, it would only be to see how my family is doing, what I do for a living, if I have dogs, if I have accomplished my goals, etc. It would just be to investigate. Also, they say the staying in the future or past and you see yourself can generate a problem in space and time, netflix and its theories hahaha.

My future job!

Hello everyone, I hope you're well, today I must talk about my future job.

My dream is to be able to work in pharmacological company, being able to make veterinary medicines, creating chemical formulas whit pharmacological effects ins animals or directly in the sale and supervision of the creation of medicines. I imagine myself inside a cold place, with machines working, and with white light. I would like to be able to travel for my work because I would be doing what I like the most, being able to help animals in a pharmacological way.  

I'm studying chemistry and pharmacy, because I always liked chemestry and I was always very good at it. My dream was to study veterinary medicine, but the conditions that this career delivered economically was a mockery  for professionals, so I decided to study chemistry and pharmacy thinking that at some point I could work in a laboratory where veterinary medicines are made to support in some war the work of the veterinarian.

My childhood series!

 Hello everyone, I hope you're well.

Today I must talk about some series from my childhood. The truth is that my tastes were very varied and I could even continue watching cartoons to this day.

Some of the cartoon series I used to watch were "los padrinos mágicos", "phineas y ferb", "brandy y el señor bigotes", "jake long el dragón occidental", "pucca", etc. The firts series was one of my favorites, I always watched it in the mornings before going to school. It was very entertaining, funny, it made my mornings happy. I think most of you have seen that series but it was about a boy who had "fairies" that fulfilled his wishes, there were always problems with his nanny and there always a lesson to be learned. 

But I think what I whatched the most as a child was the national geographic series, I always saw the animals the showed and followed their stories. But one of my favorites was zoboomafoo, they showed many animals and taught about them, I love it. 

I hope you were able to watch some of these series, because they were really funny!!

Paloma

 Today I must talk about very important topic, pets. 

I don't really have one anymore, but very recently I had a dog named Paloma. We had to put her to sleep because of a metastasis that left her without mobility in her hind legs, it caused her ulcers and a lot of pain.

But, I will tell how my experience with her was and how much I loved her.

Paloma came into my arms when I was very little, about 5-6 years old. With my family we were looking to adopt a dog for my sister, until we found an ad where they were giving away a dog that was found in a dumpster, we automatically fell in love with her. 

She was white at first, but as she grew up, many brown spots appeared in her fur. We named her Paloma because her paws smelled like popcorn when she was little. Her ears and paws were very pink, she was beautiful!.

She was the most important pet I ever had in my life, she accompanied me in my good and bad times, she was my best friend. We spent unforgettable moments, I will always remember her.

I hope that at some point we will meet again<3.

the best vacation ever!

Hello everyone, this is my second post, I hope you are feeling well!.

Today I come to tell you about the best vacation I could have. It was summer of 2018, where I traveled all over the south of Chile, or as much as we could travel. We started from Santiago to Chiloe and the we went back to all the towns that towards Santiago, like puerto montt, coñaripe, pellaifa, caburgua, arauco, etc.

The trip lasted about two weeks, where we traveled in a van with my dad, my mom, my sister, my brother in law and my boyfriend.

We were able to walk through beautiful landscapes, we bathed in the defferent lakes and seas, we knew beautiful places, Chilean flora and fauna. We were able to go boating, we ate typical food of the places and the most entertaining thing is that all this was camping in the different campsites that we were finding during the trip.

It has been the best trip so far because being more adult, I could realize the beautiful landscapes that Chile has and I could learn about the culture and history of the people, it was a very nice experience but somewhat exhausting.

where to travel?

Hello everyone, I hope you´re well.

Today I have to talk about the contry I would most like to go to. The country I like the most could be Mexico, since I really like the culture of that country and the beautiful landscapes.

I know that there are beautiful paradises on the beaches, where there is very white sand and warm water. At the same time, I know that for Mexico the celebration of the Day of Dead is very important, this happens on November 2. People celebrate their dead, making them a party whit food, music and altars.

In Mexico I would love to eat their traditional foods and swim in their warm sea waters.

I don´t know if I would like to live there, but I would love to go there as a tourist, since I would like to live in a much more developed country in Europe.
